Nicholas Ionashku – Owner & General Contractor, brings more than family tradition to the job site. He offers a proven track record of leadership, efficiency, and results. In the past, his work in high-volume residential construction earned him national recognition, including a Chairman’s Club award for delivering exceptional outcomes and building excellence at scale. He once led the successful build of a model home in just 13 days, demonstrating exceptional coordination, quality control, and leadership under pressure.
Today, Nicholas applies that same discipline and attention to detail to every Key Construction project. He leads with high standards, guides the team’s craftsmanship, and ensures each project reflects the company’s core values.
Since 2009, Key Construction has offered design/build construction services throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. We specialize in full home & condo remodeling, including additions, kitchens, and bathrooms. We help clients take their blue sky concepts and turn them into dream remodels.
