Key Remodeling & Design is a division of Key Construction, LLC, Florida license CGC1533502, built on the same licensed foundation and leadership that has served Sarasota and Charlotte County homeowners since 2009. While our roots are in construction, Key Remodeling & Design was created to offer a more focused, design-forward remodeling experience for homeowners seeking clarity, craftsmanship, and a refined process.
Nicholas Ionashku – Owner & General Contractor, brings more than family tradition to the job site. He offers a proven track record of leadership, efficiency, and results. In the past, his work in high-volume residential construction earned him national recognition, including a Chairman’s Club award for delivering exceptional outcomes and building excellence at scale. He once led the successful build of a model home in just 13 days, demonstrating exceptional coordination, quality control, and leadership under pressure.
Today, Nicholas applies that same discipline and attention to detail to every Key Remodeling & Design project. He leads with high standards, guides the team’s craftsmanship, and ensures each project reflects the company’s core values.
