This waterfront residence in Venice, Florida underwent a full interior remodel focused on re-thinking the layout, improving natural light flow, and modernizing the home to better connect with its lakefront setting.

The original floor plan felt compartmentalized and visually disconnected from the surrounding water views. Our team re-oriented the home around a central great room and kitchen, creating an open, cohesive living environment designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

The kitchen was fully reconfigured and rebuilt as a focal point of the home, featuring custom cabinetry, integrated storage, a statement hood, and a large island that anchors the space. Material selections were influenced by the home’s proximity to Venice Beach, balancing warmth and durability with a refined, architectural modern aesthetic rather than a decorative coastal theme.

Throughout the home, finishes, lighting, and ceiling details were carefully coordinated to create continuity and a calm, light-driven interior. The result is a modern waterfront residence that feels open, intentional, and timeless.
