This Boca Grande condominium underwent a full interior rebuild following hurricane-related damage, resulting in a complete restoration and modernization designed for long-term coastal living. The scope included structural improvements, full mechanical replacement, environmental remediation, and a comprehensive interior transformation executed to a high-end standard.
The design reflects a refined coastal modern approach, prioritizing restraint, proportion, and material quality over trends. Finishes include white oak engineered hardwood flooring, marble tile installations, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and level 5 smooth-finish drywall throughout. The stairway was reconfigured and opened to improve light, flow, and spatial connection across the home.
Behind the finishes, the project included a full re-plumb, new HVAC system, new water heater, updated shut-off valves, spray foam attic insulation, and complete mold remediation. A layered lighting system was implemented to balance architectural emphasis, artwork illumination, and evening ambiance.
This project represents a full-scope coastal rebuild, combining resilience-focused construction with calm, architectural interiors suited for long-term waterfront living.
